OPERATION STARSEED
It has been a while, we wrote an article on The Better Blog. So, here we are back again with some great news. We will actively start our collaboration with Magictribe.one… Magictribe.one will at some point start dropping its membership-NFTs. A significant paart of the revenue of these NFTs will directly go to starting our activities here at Treespaces. We will have to see how sales evolve, but these are exciting times…
We also have started designing a plan to be able to start planting trees globally. We will aim for a few places per continent, where we will either buy or lease land and where we will build first seedhubs/tree nurseries. Each continent shall have headquarters for that given continent, to help coordinate our endeavours, and from there on we refine. We have decided to call this “Operation Starseed.” Those words have a nice ring to them. They connects with our idea of an endeavour which reaches beyond our planet into space, to our moon, other planets and beyond. Though we considered already mapping out a timeline, at current we are still refraining from this, in order to see how the sales of the NFTs evolve and what will be realistically doable.
We are currently writing on our whitepaper and also envisioning our pitchdeck to get more investors onboard. It is not a small task, as we must explain multiple facets of our project: the NFTs, the gaming part, the application towards Trees-as-a-Service and so on and so forth. Once it is ready, we will look to send it to people who are used to handling and assessing whitepapers to get some important feedback, as well as from our larger community. We see this process version-centric. If need be, we will keep adjusting and perfecting over time. Also elaborating on and diving deeper into a myriad of important aspects, will require deploying more documentation over time _which we will provide.
We also started setting up first administrative structures, so we can handle better what will be coming. We are taking small steps, but all those small steps are starting to add up. Of course, attracting more capital, selling NFTs and deploying crowdfunding projects, will be crucial if we are to execute what we are envisioning. But we will keep on pushing forward, in any case. Together with Magictribe.one we will start working on live-streaming events under the name of ‘Round Table Conferences’… this should make a few things more clear, as well as speed up our mutual operations. The fact we are actively involving & inviting more people into our core, should also be highly beneficial: a blessing which is unfolding. It is also something very cool, to be able to partake in a project named ‘Operation Starseed’. This should work very inspiring.
Continents are big and cultural, climatological as well as political differences can be large. For North-America we envision to start one pilot in Canada and one in the USA. Probably would be nice to have one place in Central-America as well. Then looking at South-America, it would be nice to aim for 2 or 3 to get started: one South, one North and one place more centric. Brasil has a few interesting projects ongoing, but Uruguay or Argentina seem like very good options as well to get started. And how about Colombia? We simply will have to observe the natural flow of events, as we start to interact with local organisations. Within Europe one Scandinavian country should be within our reach, yet Estonia or Latvia are also tempting. We are already actively looking in the UK, as well as Ireland. We have an established network over Belgium, as well as Spain. Additionally, a more central location would be a nice plus…
Within Africa and the Middle East, we are currently looking at South-Africa, as well as Dubai. But we would need at least one more place to get our operations going, more centric and/or towards West-Africa. Though the Canary Islands could also serve as a good experimenting ground for seedhubs, thanks to its ports and very diverse climate. Looking at Asia, we wish to/are actively explore options within India, if local law permits us to get things going. We will want to engage with China as well, over time. However, at first we will probably set up initial operations in Thailand, Japan, or possibly the Philippines. The reasons are simple, as the Japanese sense for organisation is truly wonderful, and the other mentioned countries have an English-speaking population, which could speed up our overall process as well. Business hubs like Singapore or Hong Kong could also be actively involved. Many options are still on the table for Asia.
Though we certainly do not wish to omit Russia, we are waiting a bit what will happen with current tensions between the Western alliances and Russia, to see when would be a good time to find some space for pilot-projects over there. This is understandably a matter of geopolitics, which we simply cannot brush aside, for now. We will just have to wait and see what is realistically manageable. As Australia is so vast, it may be sensible to start in one place, and then relatively quickly add one or two other venues to set up our operations. Leaves us New-Zealand and Greenland, which we will want to engage with as fast as possible. The final choices will depend on how we can partner up with local organisations to make things truly happen. Point being, we wish to target a good deal of options and then aim for a 50-70% success rate in terms of getting started swiftly. We should be able to have headquarters, seedhubs and first trees nurseries on all continents before end of 2025.
We will have to push forward in order to get there, but once we have foothold on all continents, it should be realistically possible to showcase our modular approach, which then can be copied to all regions and/or nations of respective continents. One should also greatly appreciate the network effects of partnering up with local organisations. We don’t have to do all of this by ourselves. This is a joint effort for humanity, and that should play out well. There will be obstacles, but for each of those obstacles we shall encounter solutions. Latest Q4 of 2025, our network should be extending into many regions and countries globally. In 2026, we should have our operations ongoing in most countries and regions of the world. Our target for planting one tree on the moon would be 2030. This seems like a daring statement, but not aiming for the moon, is simply out of the question... It would be great to have some Treespace with at least one fruitbearing tree on the moon. Mars and other areas in wider space should be on our to do list, latest before end 2040.
As we are dealing with crypto-technology and projects oriented towards biodiversity, an element of surprise will be in play. Some crypto-hubs may want to offer us to come to their city or country. And if conditions are favourable, we will consider any serious offer. Same goes for existing organisations in terms of biodiversity, we will consider any good and favourable offer that comes our way. As we are a fairly young organisation starting up, we will have to navigate with realism and be grateful for where the path of consciousness cares to lead us. Moreover, it is simply nice to thrive on shared enthusiasm for such a wonderful venture Treespaces.io truly is. We will function as a beacon of hope and light during confusing times. There is no other option. We simply have to get this done, for ourselves and for our future generations. So, we can be proud we have left the world a better place, once our time comes. Thank you for reading & supporting our mission. Membership NFTs will be out relatively soon, for real. And they will be cleverly designed, so they will make you, and us all, as a crypto-community thrive. Remember we are doing this for humanity & to forward the light of consciousness.
